Spring cleaning for your dating life 6 bad habits
The one thing I would suggest is that you start on a Monday, so that the rest and relaxation “tasks” fall on the most appropriate days.I recommend that you at least do one set of tasks all the way through, but if you really want to do specific exercises, it’s better than doing none at all.On the flip side, if you find that you have a few items on your “not working” list that are in direct alignment with your core values, you need to put a plan in place to move them onto the “working” list. If you do any of these things, then you likely have some work to do before you are emotionally ready and open to dating effectively so you can let love in: Getting to the place of acceptance and looking forward to a brighter, better future is hard work. I’m not suggesting you do a complete makeover that includes hair color, a complete body wax, and obsessively pumping iron at the gym.If you haven’t done the hard work to forgive and forget, then you may want to consider seeking some professional help. In fact, I’m going to go out on a limb and say that most women would prefer that you don’t do all of those things. What I am suggesting is that you trim the hedges a little…Cleaning isn’t exactly at the top of my list of weekend fun.
Here are some tips to get you started with a few gentle reminders on which foods you might need to toss! If you have a tendency to get overwhelmed, commit to one area at a time like the freezer, fridge or a single cabinet.
It’s also the time of year to clean out the garage and closets, discard what’s broken or obsolete.
I have a love-hate relationship with Spring cleaning.
Each day you’ll get a housecleaning assignment, an assignment that involves the world around you, and a project to clear your mind. Spring is my favorite time of year: renewal of the world around me, improvement of weather, and of course, the opportunity to clear out the detritus of a (too) long winter.
Ultimate Spring Cleaning is a 30-day project to clean and declutter not only your house, but your life.
